• I am guessing this is way to heavy for wheels, on carpet. It would sink to deep. Also, raising this up any higher may cause it to be top heavy.

• I’m sorry but you can’t put in wheels, you can try to put it on wheels but is going to be unstable for my opinion i didn’t see any tv console with wheels and if you don’t find sny online they don’t have, i hope this help you !! :)
