• Seems to be, we put the 55" inch on there

• I would imagine yes as most all tv's have the same criss cross measurements and the bracket is adjustable.

• Yes. I currently have this same stand with a 60" RCA tv on it. Looks great.

• If the mentioned TV is VESA compatible then yes it will mount on the arm. If the legs for the TV are less wide than the with of the top plate of glass then yes, you can use it as a table top mount as well. Consult your TV for the answer to your question.
