• I have a 65" LG and the base of the unit actually hangs over the edges of the stand (54 1/2" wide) about an 1 1/4" on each side. So a 75" TV would probably hang over more, should take the weight, but not wide enough for the TV. As for mounting on the stand column it is limited to 65" and smaller. Don't know if you can mount your TV on it, as my TV is just on the stand shelf.
