• I think you can mount the 32 inch TV. But it will be too small for the stand.

• Yes, but at some point the table will appear too large for the TV. You may can get a smaller (and cheaper) stand for your TV, but this one is very nice.

• Sure you could, but I suspect you'd be disappointed as the TV would be dwarfed by the size of the unit. It's really better for 50" - 65" TV's scale-wise.

• no problem as long as your TV has built in holes in the back for mounting the frame your in business.
