• Hi Psmooth, our TV stand fits up to most 65" Flat Panel TV's with a maximum load of 135 lbs.; a TV mounting hardware kit is included and contains the most commonly used sizes/lengths.

• Yes everything is included. You'll need a good Phillips screwdriver and a rubber hammer to pop in the suction cups. Don't open any of the hardware until you read all the directions for your set up. You may or may not use all of the washers and extensions for your setup. You'll have to customize it for your particular TV.
