- Answer The Microwave cavity light should only come on when the door is opened or the unit is on. There is no way to turn off the cavity light outside of closing the door. QuestionI'd like to use this unit against a wall on the left side: the right side is a 14" deep cabinet. The total space from the wall on the left to the cabinet on the right is 30-1/16". My question: will the door open, or will it be impeded?

QuestionI’m looking for a microwave that’s low profile and compact enough to mount under my cabinet so as not to take up space on my countertop. Can I just not use the venting function on this because I will not be putting it over my stove?

- Answer Hi themookie52. You would need to hold the cancel keypad for 3 seconds to lock the control. Repeat this same step to unlock the control panel. We hope this helps!

QuestionMy cavity light never has lighted up since we had microwave I just changed the cooktop light bulb out wen I realized the cavity thru the instructions booklet I took bulb out it looked good installed in cooktop bulb it worked ! Is there a separate switch !

- Answer Door can be opened either by hand or with button. There is an indent (hand grip) provided on the bottom right corner of the door for manual opening.

QuestionAre the filters easy to remove and dishwasher safe?

- Answer The filters are easy to put in and take out and clean in dishwater. The power is not as strong as my larger microwave so items take longer to thaw or cook but it’s a great product and fit perfectly where I needed it.

QuestionWe only have 1 1/4 inches to install the lag bolt which the factory sent is 2inches and only 1 1/4 inch for toggle bolt which factory sent is 3 inches(we hit the outside concrete wall) is it safe to get 1 1/4 inch toggle bolt and 1 1/4 inch lag bolt?
