Q: QuestionI installed this microwave a couple of weeks ago. All of the buttons worked for the first time I used the product, but now specific numbers do not work. I have tried turning unit off and unplugging. The same numbers still do not work.

Q: QuestionDoes the glass microwave plate sit on a roller track? Our glass plate wobbles because there is no track, so I’m wondering if it was accidentally thrown out with the box or if this is a design flaw.

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between this model and theWML35011KS. It seems exactly the same except one says cut off height is 24 and the the others 12. Which I do not understand what it means. since the hight of the two are the same.

Q: QuestionDo I have to use this above the range? I am wanting to use it in a built in cabinet above my built in oven. I wouldn’t use the vent. Is the bottom flat? I am trying to find a microwave wide enough to go above my 30” oven w/o using a trim kit.
