- Answer Best Buy typically charges $139.99 for installation. This microwave comes with a mounting plate and is very easy to install. I would save the money and do it yourself. There are only two screws on top and about 3-4 that go to the wall. Everything is provided in the box.

QuestionI bought this and had it installed to vent out the back but it is still venting out the top. My electrician said it should have come with plates to put on the top but I couldnt find them I the box. Can I order these separate? Does Best Buy sell them?

- Answer The plates are on the microwave itself and need to be moved on the unit according to your preferred vent set up. The plate positions are described in the installation manual.

QuestionThe instructions don't say, is the only way to pause it by hitting the door "open" button or just opening the microwave manually? My old and work microwaves both have pause buttons but maybe newer waves went away from this?

QuestionMicrowave too high up from stove. Is there a way to lower it by using a fill in piece of something. I have to reach over my head to open and close it. Not very safe when handling hot food.

- Answer I just hit the add 30 seconds button whenever I put anything in. You may need to go 3 or 4 minutes for a potato to get the desired tenderness.

QuestionWhat should the top of microwave look like? I feel like there is something missing. The screws from the cabinet (top side) have nothing to hold onto the microwave...

- Answer The screw holes have a square opening, so it might not seem like a screw hole (but it is). You can also use the metal template that comes with the microwave to locate the screw holes on top of microwave :) They are about 12" from the back edge (plz refer to attached pics).

QuestionWHY is the tone when cooking done so faint? Must put ear right up to door to hear tone. No volume control (should not need) Is there a fix?

- Answer The volume must be set low, check your manual to increase the sound. I think I the instructions are click on clock on the inside keypad, then keep pressing “clock” function until you reach the keypad sound option and increase it there.
