“Is the 13 in height just the cabinet or including the legs?”

• The actual height of the cabinet is 12”. With the legs, the height is approximately 13”. Because the door release requires so much pressure to unlatch the door, the microwave shifted every time I opened the door. My solution was to get a package of 4 white appliance vibration stoppers-that stopped the movement and added just over 1/4” to the height. This is a great microwave, by the way.
