“Can this replace microwave KCMS1555S and use the same trim?”

• I replaced KCMS145JSS with this unit. It has similar dimensions. The original trim kit did not fit and bought custom trim kit from Refrigerator Trim Kits Tulsa Ok on line….great company. You need to check all of your dimensions…..the Whirlpool is a longer/deeper unit And may not fit He original trim kit will need to be replaced even if it does . I spent hour researching and hope this helps
