Q: QuestionThis microhood will be too small to replace the area that the vent hood occupied. Is there a kit that can be purchased to cover the open area around it.

• A:Answer YES IT DID. WE DIDN'T HAVE A CABINET ABOVE OUR STOVE SO WE HAD TO BUILD A SHELF . THAT WAS THE ONLY THING THAT MADE IT HARDER TO INSTALL. AFTER THAT IT WAS PRETTY SIMPLE.

Q: QuestionI purchased this less than 2 years ago and the cooktop lightbulb recently stopped working. I bought a new appliance lightbulb (40 watt), installed it, and the light control won't work. The dimmer did not work and it wouldn't turn off. Please advise!!!

• A:Answer You would need to touch the cook time, touch the number keypads to enter the time then press the cook power and touch the number keypads to enter the power level (10-90) and then touch the start control. We hope this helps!

Q: QuestionModel WMH31017HZ , just installed. Turntable will not move when weight is in "center", result, no turn, no heat. HOWEVER, coffee mug on perimeter of table, it rotates and heats. Tried plate with mug in center, no turn, no heat. Please advise.
