- Answer Yes it does. It's somewhat hidden in the packaging though. You'll find it taped to the bottom styrofoam packaging piece. I missed it the first time.

QuestionNoise LevelHello. We just had this Whirlpool microwave installed. It is much louder than the older unit we had replaced. Is being loud during heating / cooking a normal expectation from this microwave model or did we possibly get a less than ideal model? Am not sure as to whether to accept as is or have the store replace it. Thanks

QuestionOff White Color around buttonsWe saw this in the store and it appeared to have a slightly off white color around the buttons. Maybe it was just a protective sticker. Does anyone know for sure. We like this microwave other then that color difference. We want it to match our stove which is all bright white. This pictures i see online don't show this off white color.

- Answer No, it is white. The one we saw in the store looked the same way. Store did not pull film off. It is as white as rest of microwave.
