• they do not install microwave...but will haul away the old one as long as you have the old one off the wall

• No, its up to you to remove the Microwave. The only thing they installed for me was my 30 inch free standing stove. Installed the electric cable I purchased and they installed it on the appliance and moved the stove into place.

• The people that delivered my new appliances from Best Buy removed and took away all of my old appliances and even moved my old refridgerator to my garage. Very accomodating.
