Q: QuestionI recently purchased an over the range microwave model WMH31017HS. Although, it seems to work fine, it makes sort of a "rattling" noise soon after (usually a minute or two after usage). Is this just the way it works or could it be something else?

Q: QuestionHow do you determine the size of the microwave? Ours is 29" L x 16" H. x 14.5" W. 1.6 cubic feet? 1.7 cubic feet?...What would that make ours? Thank you.

• A:Answer The "cubic feet" description is based on the internal dimensions of the oven, not the outside. That should be listed somewhere in the cabinet, or could be figured by measuring the cooking area.

Q: QuestionAre we able to use this microwave by placing on a surface until we are ready to install. Our cabinets will not be ready for a month or two but our old microwave just went so we need something in the meantime.
