We always use WD-40 on everything squeaky or kreaky etc. in our home. Should work great for this application as well. It comes with a straw on the front of the spray button to get into small tight spaces. I would wipe away any excess, or overspray if applicable, off cabinetry or microwave door, after you spray on the hinges of the oven. Hope this helps.
