“When using convection mode, is it safe to use granite ware (porcelain/steel) and or aluminum baking sheets? Any Items that can be used in a regular oven? Thanks”

• Jen, metal bakeware may be used only during convection (bake) cycles. Use ovenproof, microwave- safe cookware for all other convection and combination cycles. Per page 22 of the User Guide.
