“It seems like there is only a charcoal filter covering half of the air outlet at the top of the microwave. Far more air is coming out of the right side where there isn't one. Are there supposed to be 2 charcoal filters?”

• Yes there's only one on the bottom half of the microwave there is a space for one on top but there's no hole there
