- Answer Hello Bobmiata! The unit should scroll with the instructions on what to push for the AM or PM. Such as press 1 for AM or press 3 for PM. We hope this helps.

QuestionI have a model WMH31017FW over the range microwave. We are cleaning our oven for the first time since we got this microwave and the fan to the microwave has come out n and we can't turn it off.

- Answer Hi Mary, The fan will turn off! It is designed to automatically turn on once the sensors detect high heat conditions to prevent damage to the electronics. The fan will then run until the heat source has been cooled down sufficiently and then shut off.
