We had the same problem and after speaking with 4 reps for Best Buy and three call backs, Best Buy finally told me that Whirlpool said there is not a shelf available for this model. This makes no sense since there are grooves inside for a shelf and becuase the freezer would be much more accomodating with a shelf. BIG disappointment!!!
