Hello, I've seen several questions about the wasted space in the freezer, and the obvious grooves for a shelf that does not come with the refrigerator. That is a problem in itself, but the fact that you do not seem to offer the option to even buy an extra shelf is peculiar. A customer service hotline and no direct answer is not an answer at all. Certainly we should be able to buy another shelf, what if one of our shelves were to break? This is a pretty easy problem to resolve... so please resolve it.”
