15A 60hz @ 120v is the recommended circuit. The usage annually is 396 kilowatts which is just over 1,000 per day (396/365) so per hour if daily usage 1,084 it would be 45.2 watts on average. If it only ran for two hours out of the day the maximum load would be roughly a 4A draw. A 15A circuit is more than sufficient and is the smallest circuit installed for modern residential electrical systems. Peak load (when the compressor kicks on) May be more. That rating is on the appliance.
