The wheels don't lock but it has two stands near the front wheels that can be locked in place with a wrench. This should stop the refrigerator from moving.

If your refrigerator seems unsteady or you want the doors to close easier, adjust the refrigerator's tilt using the instructions below. 1. Turn the leveling leg to lower or raise that side of the refrigerator. It may take several turns to adjust the tilt of the refrigerator. ■ To raise, turn the leveling leg to the left. ■ To lower, turn the leveling leg to the right. NOTE: Having someone push against the top of the refrigerator takes some weight off the leveling legs and rollers which makes it easier to adjust.
