“I just got this today. I set it up, the freezer setting is on 4 as instructed, and after 8 hours it doesn't seem cold at all. Not even as cold as a refrigerator more less a freezer. Was this thing broken out of the box or am I missing something?”

on lower right side is thermostat setting. set on 4 from factor. may need to set colder. higher the number colder the setting.
