“The XHP1550VW pedestal has no handle. How do you open it? I wanted a pedestal but my dealer had none to show me. He ordered the 1550VW. I looked it up on the net and it has no handle vs the 1555XW. How do you open it? Do I need to change the order”

Dear Customer: Model XHP1550VW does not have an actual handle, but a groove in the drawer front where your hand fits to pull the drawer out.
