“Can this unit be used in a Pool House that is not conditioned? Similar to a garage? It does stay cool in there, however.”

If the room stays below 80F or so it could be fine. It makes less ice per day at higher temps and uses a little more power, and lets a little faster, but so long as you keep the unit cooling fins clean, and the humidity low enough to keep from damaging the machine it should work well enough.
