“I'm interested in using this for backyard weddings. Will it still work well if it's unplugged, transported, plugged back in and used for a couple of days? Then unplugged, transported again. Maybe once a month or every couple of weeks like this?”

Hello! We can only recommend this for single family home use. Anything outside of that may shorten the life spam of the appliance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Are you planning on transporting this with frozen food in it already or just going to take it empty to use somewhere else? I would say either one should be ok. You would just want to make sure that if empty when moving to make sure you plug it in long enough to get back to temp before putting food in it. If moving with frozen/cold food in it, maybe drop the temp before hand and let the food get a bit colder than normal before unplugging, make sure lid is locked so no accidental opening and get it plugged back in as soon as you can.
