Q: QuestionCan the ice maker be easily removed and a can a full shelf be ordered for the freezer? I want this fridge but do not want an ice maker.

• A:Answer HI AB we would not suggest removing the Ice Maker and adding a shelf. We offer several models of 30" Wide Top Freezer Refrigerators that do not have an ice maker factory installed.

Q: QuestionWe set the fridge up 24 hours ago and set both controls to the recommended settings. Tonight I placed a refrigerator thermometer inside and it’s below the safe zone. Is there anything else to try besides setting it on the highest setting?
