QuestionDoes this model maintain proper cooling/freezing distribution between top freezer and bottom refrigerator? My current one freezes food in the bottom even when top freezer is on "recommended" setting.

- Answer Hi Elle, yes, this Whirlpool - 18.2 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator does have proper cooling between the Top Freezer and the Bottom Refrigerator.

- Answer Having purchased this refrigerator, I can say that standard gallon jugs DO NOT fit on the refrigerator door! Generally, I like the refrigerator. Specifically, I do not like having to store the milk in the cabinet. If you need gallon storage on the door, buy a different model.

- Answer From the floor to the top of my refrigerator measures 65 & 3/8th". Technically, I suppose it would fit, but I wouldn't want the cabinet that close to the refrigerator.

- Answer Hello Mike, the refrigerator model WRT138FZDM has an automatic defrost. We do not currently manufacture refrigerators that you defrost manually.

QuestionAre the crisper's drawers and top shelf clear?I do not want anything see through/glass/clear plastic. I want a crisper with white plastic and then wire shelves for the shelving.
