Hello Jane, If the appliance was not installed properly we would have to recommend contacting the installers back out to make sure the installation of the appliance if correct. We hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's not typically Geek Squad that delivers and sets up large appliances but rather a 3rd party shipping company. They didn't level ours, so instead of the door staying wherever you open it to the door opens all the way on its own. We REALLY need to level it, because this is annoying, but not the end of the world. :)
