“The temperature control is not turned off after I pressed and held the setting button for 4 seconds. All the 4 lights were off one by one but at the end the original light was on again. Is it by design or malfunction?”

• Hi GilGil, thank you for inquiry. All of the lights should go out if you are pressing and holding the button for the recommend 4 seconds. However, keep in mind that it is a solid 4 seconds. So press and hold to a count of one-one thousand ect.
