QuestionI recently purchased this model. So far so good. However, there is no light in the freezer. and...the 40 watt bulb in the bottom portion barely lights up that area. Should there be lighting in the freezer? The manual does not mention it.

QuestionOn this Whirlpool 17.7 Cu. Ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator. I got two answers to the measurements from 2 agents here. The overall length combining the door open at 90 degrees plus the depth one agent said 59 inches the other 57 inches. Which one is it?

QuestionThe temperature control is not turned off after I pressed and held the setting button for 4 seconds. All the 4 lights were off one by one but at the end the original light was on again. Is it by design or malfunction?

- Answer Hi GilGil, thank you for inquiry. All of the lights should go out if you are pressing and holding the button for the recommend 4 seconds. However, keep in mind that it is a solid 4 seconds. So press and hold to a count of one-one thousand ect.

QuestionIs there a way to get the main refrigerator compartment to stay 37 degrees by blocking one of the holes between freezer and refrigerator? Snowflake 3 = 42 degrees, Snowflake 4 = 30 degrees. Adjusting the air flow knob varies temp by only 2 degrees
