Q: QuestionI just received my new Whirlpool refrigerator. Freezer door does not hold anything. The rails are too far out with a huge gap allowing items to fall through. Can these rails be adjusted?

Q: QuestionMy cabinet opening is only 30" wide from the base cabinet to the wall. When you open the doors will the 29.75" opening still work if I want to swing the doors against the wall?

• A:Answer I have exactly the same problem that you have and went to the Whirlpool facebook site. After some exchange, they told me that icemaker Kit W11517113 is the right one. I haven't been able to locate one to purchase so not sure if this is the correct model. Please let me know if it is indeed the correct one if you get a hold of one first.
