Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.what time was your refrigerator installed? It will not start making ice until the internal temperature gets to the factory setting. And depending on where you live (a warmer area) it can even take longer because maybe your refrigerator was in a hot truck before it was delivered. Mine started off very slowly but I love this refrigerator.
