Thank you for your inquiry about our Whirlpool appliances. For model WRQA59CNKZ, to ensure proper ventilation for your refrigerator, allow a 1/2" space on each side and the top. Allow for 1" of space behind the Refrigerator. If your refrigerator has an ice maker, make sure you leave extra space at the back for the water line connections. If you are installing your Refrigerator next to a fixed wall, leave 3 3/4" minimum on the hinge side (depending on your model) to allow for the door to swing open.
