“I Didn't pay the installation service since its just an easy hookup. However, when I plugged it in, it seeemed that it's not cooling and i never heard the compressor kicked in. Its just blowing fans inside and I made sure that its not in Demo mode. HELP!”

HI GMart1285, It can take up to 24 hours for the unit to reach the proper temperature. We would recommend to allow the unit to try and cool if it does not cool with in the 24 hours we would recommend contacting Customer service. We hope this helps.

Please try again later.I did pay for the installation service . if you open the left door of the refrigerator top you will see 0 0 37 which is the temperatures that they have set the refrigerator to work. There is a rather extensive booklet that comes with it so I'm sure if you read that it will tell you where you're going wrong especially if you don't have those numbers on the bottom of the left top door when you open and close it. I actually lowered mine to 36 because I felt that it needed to be cooler in the refrigerator section.
