• It can hit to 10 below. But best to operate at factory setting.

• Hi Oleg, the WZF79R20DW is adjustable, however The recommended setting is designed to maintain the temperature at or near 0°F (-17.8°C) under normal operating conditions. You will just need to step the setting down toward the right (coldest). Hope this helps

• I'm positive it would. We have left ours at the factory setting of 0 degrees and it maintains it just fine. You can adjust it lower and minus 4 is not that far from 0.
