“I received my refrigerator today around 1pm and it has not made any ice yet 8 hrs later. Is this normal? Is there anything I need to do to make it start producing ice?”

Hello, we recommend giving the refrigerator a full 24 hours to make ice. If you are still having concerns, would recommend contacting Whirlpool® at 800-253-1301. We are available M -F 8 am to 6 pm EST. They will be better able to assist you.
