A:AnswerNot a pro at all with this kind of stuff, but I think I can help: We just installed ours a couple of weeks ago (super easy, don’t waste your money to have someone else do it - You Tube video worked just fine. Just have another set of hands around for the mounting).
I believe it is a standard 60” clearance, but all are built to the same specs so if you have one currently, this one will be fine in that spot. The unit itself has everything you need for venting. Just a couple of extra steps to switch the blower from standard to external. Looked super easy in that respect as well.

The fan has 4 speeds; I can barely hear low at all, it is so low, in fact, I wasn't sure it was running until I turned it off. (I wasn't actually using it at the time, only testing it for this question.) The fan also works much better than my old one did, even on the lower speeds. You can see the steam being pulled up into it.
