Yup! Ours died a few weeks ago as well - used in aDreamfinders Home built in 2019! The Warranty only lasts a year :-(....so had to get a new one. The microwave was installed above a Whirlpool oven. But since this was the model that was originally there, it was a (relatively) easy swap out. And the current trim worked just fine.
