I have noticed that if you overcrowd the top shelf it does not circulate so the top freezes and the bottom gets warm.

Best Buy has replaced the fridge three times but has refused to give me a different model. Whirlpool has sent technicians out four times and can’t find anything causing this problem so they are refusing to replace it too. Everything on my top shelf is completely frozen and everything in my fridge and vegetable drawers are rotting and at 43°. This is the worst fridge ever. I’ve had to throw out meat and cheese as well due to unsafe temperatures in the fridge. The picture attached shows a frozen cup of water on the top shelf
