My opening width was 38” and I bought this refrigerator based on that. However, I realize now I should have purchased a fridge a couple of inches less wide. Mine is located in a corner, and while opening the refrigerator door on the right is no problem, the freezer door, being on the left, is a bit of a challenge. It’s a beautiful appliance, so I’ll deal with the ‘challenge’. This miscalculation of space was on me, certainly not Best Buy.
