What is the best temperature to keep the freezer? Factory set says 0(zero) for the freezer... but that seems like it's too cold... Mind you I am used to the old freezers that had a turn dial for choice. It would only let me raise it 5 degrees. Thx null

AC, the recommended setting would be 0. If that is too cold than we would recommend setting it to one setting higher. Please wait 24 hours before adjusting the temperature again. We hope this helps!

I have mine raised to the max 5 degrees and it is still cold enough. No issues. Give that a try for a few days and see how you like it.
