- Answer Yes, they are easily removed using the included tool. The depth will then be 24”.

QuestionDo we need to use an air filter with this model? There is a space for it, but it did not come with a filter. There is styrofoam behind where the air filter should go so didn't know if we put a filter in what it would do next to the styrofoam?

- Answer Hi BeachHouse, this unit does use a Fresh Flow air filter which is part number W10311524. - Answer Hi Henry, we apologize for the confusion. For your model, you can reset the filter status light by pressing and hold Light and Ice Type buttons for 3 seconds. The status light will turn off when the system is reset. You may find that located on page 15 of the Owner's manual, last entry on the right side of page. QuestionI have a lot of condensation dripping from around the fresh flow and it isn’t getting cold enough even on highest setting. I chipped off a little of the styrofoam on the bottom part before reading not to remove a min ago thinking it’d help

QuestionFor the WRS571CIHB01 model, the generic user manual says "To Turn off all control and dispenser sounds, press the OPTIONS button to enter Options mode, and then press OPTIONS again. When I do this, it makes a chime but I can't get it to turn the sound on

- Answer Hi Frosty, According to the use and care guide it states. To turn all sounds back on, press the OPTIONS button to enter Options mode (unless you are already in Options mode), and then press OPTIONS again. If this is still not working and the sounds are not back on we would recommended to contact customer service for more information. We hope this helps.
