“The left door will not stay open but the right one will. It swings shut by itself and it is aggravating. I was told it was made this way. Is this true? If not, how do I fix the door?”

• Is not true both doors are normal and closed and seal good

• The left door has that additional center piece that makes that door slightly heavier. Check your unit level from side to side. Try adjusting the level to even out the difference between the doors. Hope this helps.
