Q: QuestionCan you install the refrigerator without the hinges...so the refrigerator is 67 3/8 tall?

• A:Answer I looked at the fridge and the hinges are the only thing holding the doors on. What I did was to pull the fridge out far enough so the hinges weren't a factor with the cabinets above the fridge. Hope that helps!

Q: QuestionI had my refrigerator delivered last week. It was such a nightmare with delivery. Does anyone's make a high pitched noise when running? I just don't want to find out too late I have a lemon but a swap out is not desirable if it's normal for this noise.

• A:Answer Purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator 6 months ago. After the 4th repair. With dial set to lowest settings. Freezer 35 F, Refrigerator 50 F. Next Whirlpool repairman availability: Beyond 4 weeks. Call wait time for assistance/schedule warranty repair: 2 hours. Every part that can be replaced, excluding the outer shell. Has been replaced. Should be like new. Whirlpool products are bad from the Assembly line. Repair parts are dysfunctional. Warranty doesn't cover replacement of $200 ruined food due to the freezer not working. Nor replace the whole refrigerator. Good thing I purchased an extended warranty. Will be using it monthly.
