Hello KenC, the Refrigerator does have wheels on the front of the Refrigerator. The coils are located underneath. We do not recommend adding any additional shelves to the Freezer. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool appliances!
