• I'm not sure if this will help, but I had the same issue the first day. I pulled the ice bin forward and then pushed it back making sure it went the whole way back. It was maybe 1/4 in shy of being in place.

• Mine took a good 48 hours before making ice. Plus you should cycle the water to be brought though the system
