A:AnswerYes the ice maker can be removed but it doesn't have slots to add a shelf as far as i can see. Also it took me a few weeks of hearing a strange noise to figure out you must remove the ice maker to turn it off if you do not connect the water line like i chose not to.

A:AnswerHello Anne, yes, this dishwasher is Fingerprint resistant. ADA Complaint means that it falls within the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The fingerprint-resistant will have a different protectant coat and finish on it than WR331SDHM.

A:AnswerDepends on where and what is frozen to what. Ours did initially due to my own error and I was able to remove the storage tray then melt and clear out the semi-frozen ice mass. If yours is partly frozen to the actual ice tray in the ice maker, you might speed things with a hair dryer?
