QuestionOur refrigerator is located across from the sink in our kitchen. Is it possible to somehow get a water line where there isn't one? I'm seriously considering buying this model.

- Answer Your sink has nothing to do with your fridge. If you purchase a fridge with an ice maker,water, you MUST BUY A SPECIAL WATER LINE KIT TO INSTALL. These kits are stainless steel, and have a shut off valve to control water. You will need a plumber to install on your 1/2 water pipes, unless you are handy. Some dealers will install if you buy from them, but you really need the (built in kit). There are no short cuts, I have over 30 years experience. I hope this helps you, this is a case of, do it correct, or you will have problems, do not skimp. "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". The proper kits are less than $30, and worth every penny. Once installed correctly, it will last over 20 years, I know, my kit is nearing 40 years, second fridge. Wish you luck on your decision. Try and purchase a name brand kit for your water, do not skimp, to save 5 bucks.

QuestionHow wide are the shelves in the Ref?

- Answer The bad thing about this unit is it's shelves. They are not adjustable. You can barely fit a gallon of milk on the top shelf and then the dome light is in the way on one side. they should have put the dumb light on the wall in the back. I really hate that I can't adjust the shelves and also the freezer is so tiny it's almost useless. The Fridge is pretty from the outside, but the ice and water tray should have a removal tray to catch water drips and ice chips and It does not. I was told to stay away from the French Door Refrigerators because of the freezers not being user friendly, but at least I'd have a freezer. All these plastic bins in the door better not fracture and break up or I'm going to be really ticked off.

QuestionCan the front wheels be raised up? Or other suggestions to increase the height of the refrigerator. Just bought this refrigerator but has too much space at the top to the cabinets. Trying to figure out a way so it doesn't look awkward. Thanks.

QuestionAre the freezer shelves removable? I pulled mine out to clean off some frozen water that has spilled. Not sure if it will go back in. The rubber part at the shelf back is still on the full-length freezer support. The rubber at the front is on the shelf.

- Answer Clearly they are not adjustable. I can see that in my freezer. But when I pulled out the top shelf, the rubber edging on the back of the shelf stayed in the freezer. I'm wondering if I broke my shelf or it is supposed to do that.

QuestionI was wondering if the ice make is suppose to be that loud when it is making the ice? Also, is it suppose to make a noise when you shut the door? I should say refrigerator aide not freezer side. I can’t explain the noise but it is very annoying.
