“We have had this unit for a couple months now and continue to have a problem with things freezing in the refrigerator part. The label on the control says 7 is the coldest, so, we have been stepping it down to it now being set at 1 and it still freezes.”

• I keep my refrigerator & freezer both at the recommended setting of 4 & so far no problems.

• I think you’d better call for service while it’s still under warranty. Mine works fine set on 4.
